Just a few weeks back I got to do a photo shoot with the Gee family in the beautiful Calgary outdoors. The weekend was a bit tricky as it was getting nippy with plenty of wind effect. I was worried that the leaves would have all disappeared… it was getting pretty late into fall and if you know Calgary weather you would have remembered last years Snowtember??
Things turned out wonderful though as the wind calmed and the sun started to poke out at that magical sunset hour. We got super great natural lighting and having an awesome assistant with a reflector helped tons as well.
Lisa, Jackson, and adorable little Sienna were wonderful to be around. Working those angles and beaming out those smiles and giggles, they frolicked, piggybacked, jumped around and even pulled off some yoga poses for some awesome digital moments.
Thanks to the Gee family for letting me spend a magical afternoon with you. I hope when you look back at these photos you’ll recall and make even more fun memories together.
